So, I've created kind of a mini challenge for myself to spice things up in the game, and to make things interesting. I like getting to explore all of the new things that EA placed in this game. Anyhow, here are the things I've made a requirement for my Fuentes Family Challenge! They've proven to keep me busy and be really enjoyable for me, feel free to try them! Love to hear your progress and hear about your experience.
How I Started: -Start with one Sim. -Get A Career -Build or move into a one level, one bedroom house. Decorate however you would like, however you must do all of this within a $50,000 budget. This includes Deco, paying bills etc. -Create the second sim, move into the one bedroom household with the old sim. -Make Sims Advance At The Top Of Their Careers. -Get Married & Have a Beautiful Wedding, Costing at least 2,500 simiileons) -Have 2 Children -Build on to house, as family expands. -Parents (the first 2 sims that you had in the house), MUST stay in this home until they are elders. - 2 Children move across the street from their parents home together. Rules That I'm Holding Myself Too: -Each family member added to the family MUST have a names that compliment one another. Example 1: I named Gi'Ani's husband Luther, and they had twins that they named Layuh & Lyle. Example 2: I named a sim Kiy'Anne Pepper, and her childrens names are Sage & Basil. All Sims that your sim falls in love w/ or marries into the family MUST be created in CAS! No NPS's will be allowed. -Each Sim Must Reach At Least Level 8 In Their Careers -I MUST play at least 2 stages in EVERY Family Members Life -All Children/Grandchildren Must Be Straight A students all throughout their school careers. -Make At least 5 of the family members give birth to at least 1 Boy & 1 Girl. -Have At Least 4 Generations Living At Once. -All Sims Members Must at least be acquaintances of one another -Must document families progress and growth on a blog, YouTube or Sims forum so that others can follow progress. -Come up with different and unique personality traits and life aspirations for all sims born, or married into the family. I will end this legacy, at the 15th Generation (Yes... 15), and may go further as EA continues to release expansion packs! This will change over the next few months, and get more complex, but this is what I'm trying to do so far, and this alone is very challenging. Having to play each sim is fun, and challenging, especially when each one of them is required to have some sort of relationship with all of their family members, but truly, I'm having a great time! |
